Dining Guidelines + Attire

Payment

Oto is a cashless restaurant. We accept major credit cards and contactless payments.

Children & Strollers

Oto is designed as a calm, refined dining environment rather than a play-oriented space. While we welcome families, our setting is best enjoyed when children are able to remain seated and engaged at the table.

For guests dining with young children, we recommend lunch or early dinner reservations before 5:00 PM, prior to the start of our evening dining service, when the atmosphere is more relaxed and flexible.

Evening dining at Oto is intended to be a quiet, immersive experience and may not be suitable for all children. We kindly ask that vocal infants or restless children be stepped outside of the dining room to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Strollers are not permitted in the dining room.

Menu Modifications

We are happy to consider special requests when possible. However, modifications may be limited in order to preserve the integrity of our dishes and the focus of the kitchen.

Allergies

Please inform your server of any allergies prior to ordering. Menu ingredient listings are abbreviated and may not reflect every component.

Phones & Devices

To maintain a relaxed and immersive dining experience, we ask that cell phone conversations be taken outside of seated dining areas. Please silence devices and limit the use of laptops or tablets while dining.

At Oto, the atmosphere of the room matters. Thoughtful attire enhances the experience for everyone dining with us.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from overly casual clothing, including athletic or team sportswear (such as jerseys or athletic headwear), gym attire (including sleeveless shirts or sweatpants), and casual footwear like slides or flip-flops.

Our team takes great pride in their presentation, and we appreciate your help in maintaining the elevated yet relaxed environment that defines Oto.
