At Oto, we source our fish from MSC, ASC, and BAP-certified fisheries, Seafood Watch-approved suppliers, and Smart Catch partners, ensuring only seafood rated green or yellow makes it to your plate. Whether wild-caught or responsibly farmed through sustainable aquaculture, our fish is carefully selected based on environmentally sound methods that protect marine ecosystems and promote ocean conservation for the future.
Responsible Farming - We partner with local farmers and suppliers who share our values, ensuring that every ingredient, from fish to vegetables, is sustainably farmed. This supports eco-friendly practices and guarantees our guests the freshest, highest-quality products.
We are a scratch kitchen. Our sauces and marinades are made in-house, and we do not use processed foods, nuts, or preservatives.
